The legacy consolidated equity market data plans in the United States, the CTA/CQ plans and the UTP plan, are being unified into a single Consolidated Tape Plan, with the Administrator function delivered by DataCT, an independent affiliate of DataBP, under the direction of the CT Plan Operating Committee.
For subscribers and redistributors, unification means one set of policies, one fee schedule and a single point of administration across Tapes A, B and C, in place of the parallel plan structures that have governed U.S. consolidated market data for decades.
