DataCT, the independent Administrator of the U.S. Consolidated Tape Plan and an independent affiliate of DataBP, has announced the appointment of Randall Hopkins as President & Chief Administration Officer.
The appointment comes as DataCT prepares to take the reins as the independent Administrator of the Consolidated Tape Plan, the unified successor to the legacy CTA/CQ and UTP plans that will govern consolidated equity market data in the United States when the new Plan becomes operative.
Randall will lead DataCT’s administration function as the organization builds out the operational, licensing and subscriber-facing infrastructure for the new Plan, under the direction of the CT Plan Operating Committee.
