Budgets for market data are rising, particularly for index, risk, historical tick, and crypto data, while cloud delivery is becoming the dominant model—63% of firms already receive data via public cloud, up from 30% last year.

Firms are also shifting toward vendor-streamed feeds rather than sourcing directly from exchanges, underscoring the growing need for robust data quality, governance, and management practices as the complexity and regulatory importance of market data accelerates.
